Sarah Jacob is a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Logic Lounge Psychology, a private practice in Sydney, Australia with 8 clinic locations. Sarah’s interest in mental health was ignited as a child, where she would wander the grounds of the local psychiatric hospital where her dad worked as a psychiatric nurse. Sarah was intrigued by mental disorders, rather than repelled by them.

Today, Sarah manages a team of over 35 Psychologists across the Logic Lounge Psychology clinics. She has experience working with major depressive disorder, generalised and social anxiety disorders, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, stress, substance use and addictions as well as a range of other mental health disorders. She has worked with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds and age brackets, ranging from children to late adults.

Sarah provides psychological assessment and treatment based on the scientist-practitioner model. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches that are supported by scientific research. Her therapeutic orientation is primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy based however Sarah uses an eclectic approach when suitable. Sarah’s passion is to empower her clients to make change, to see lives transformed.
