Our Rehabilitation Service

Our psychologists offer individual therapy sessions specifically tailored to address the unique needs and concerns of clients who have recently completed in-patient or out-patient treatment. Through supportive and collaborative therapy, we help clients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience as they navigate the transition back to their home environment.

We work closely with clients to create personalised transition plans and set achievable goals for their recovery journey. Whether it’s establishing a daily routine, building a support network, or managing triggers and cravings, our psychologists provide guidance and support every step of the way.

We offer skills-building sessions and psychoeducation aimed at equipping clients with practical tools and resources to manage stress, cope with challenges, and maintain their progress outside of treatment. Topics may include stress management techniques, communication skills, relapse prevention strategies, and self-care practices.
