Natasha is a Registered Psychologist who has worked in different clinical settings including private practice, medical centres, employment services and schools. Natasha understands life can seem insurmountable at times and it is during these times that one can feel all alone with one’s struggles. Using an empathetic, non-judgemental, and compassionate approach, Natasha aims to draw out and accentuate the special strengths and abilities of her clients, while helping them to heal and to make the most of the difficulties and the opportunities in their lives.
Natasha has experience working with adults and young adults with varied presentation such as depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship conflicts, adjustment disorder, trauma, emotion dysregulation and body image concerns.
Natasha has a keen interest in client centred approach, drawing an eclectic framework of therapeutic interventions. She uses a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Natasha is continuously updating her techniques and ensuring that her clients receive the most innovative and effective treatment combinations possible.
Natasha’s aim is to equip her clients with evidence-based and practical strategies to facilitate change and move towards a richer and more meaningful life.
Natasha is able to see clients aged 17 and up.
